look where amiga daniella gannon is! I found out she´s super close to just coffee´s connection to la fem women´s coffee cooperative! consider the possibilities of our university buying coffee dirrectly from these kind of organic roasters and making a dirrect impact in their lives while educating our community and peers about the lives of rural central america.

perhaps this is something we can introduce at a dining services meeting first thing this spring semester? this is a great step towards foodlums´ mission of food with concious and involved consumers (imagine different study abroad opportunities, business partnerships, etc etc etc), more organic and fair trade goods in our community, and giving uwec another way to stand out to incoming students, creating a more just institution and mindfull community.
